Healthy Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 banana
cinnamon* berries* |
1 egg
60 egg white greek yogurt |
60g rolled oats
100ml milk* maple syrup |
*optional or of choice
Steps
- Blend up banana, egg, egg white, oats, cinnamon, and milk
- In a non-stick frying pan, on low heat, slowly pour the mixture in and make one small circle at a time
- Once small bubbles start to show up, flip the pancake to the other side
- Take off pan and top off with berries, yogurt and maple syrup
